1. Volunteers

We need all these roles filled in order for the meet to run - if you have not already signed up for tomorrow, please go ahead and take a look. Thank you. 

2. Parking

Limited priority parking is available - to be eligible you must be on the volunteer list (I will provide them a list of names today, so if you want to be on that list you know what to do...). 

3. Spectator Seating - Smyrna recommends that spectators bring their own folding chairs. 

4. Weather - Important information especially for new families:

- We show up as planned even if there is the possibility of bad weather, as it typically passes. It's incredibly rare for us not to be able to swim. 

- We can swim in rain. If there is thunder the Coaches will call a delay to the meet - safety is top priority. 

- If there is the need for a delay, Coach Carter and the Smyrna coach will make that call and communicate. Please follow any instructions from Coach Carter. 

- If there is a delay please stay at the meet! We will get back in the water as soon as possible and if swimmers have disappeared we find ourselves in line-up chaos.

- The golden rule is to assume all is on track unless Coach Carter lets you know otherwise.
