Bull Pen - please go straight to the relevant tent - if you have not worked Bull Pen before you will be in good company with others who can show you the ropes - junior coaches will be very present - and if you have questions, Lauren Schilpp is the person you want to go to. She'll be wearing a Tidal Waves Vest that says 'Team Mom' on the back and will likely be in the boys 7/8 tent. 

Timers & Miscellaneous Jobs - Please CHECK IN WITH ME so I know you are there and I can assign timers to a lane - this is really important for first and second half.

As we have not been at Smyrna before I don't know the exact set up, but I will be near our team area. If you don't know me, I have red hair and a British accent - I'm pretty easy to find! I'll be wearing a team vest that says 'Team Mom' on the back. OR, you can check in with by text - 678 467 2346.

2nd half - all the above applies - please take over right after the backstroke event. 

Weather - if the bad weather continues we may find ourselves delayed however we will show up on time as planned - 2nd half is still considered to be at the end of backstroke. Tricky weather is one of the joys of summer swim! Any weather-related decisions will come from Coach Carter.
