Championship - on deck passes for volunteers; arrival time. Brookwood Hills volunteers.

1. The sign up for Volunteers at the Championship meet is now open.

Important:

- Signing up for one of these roles is the ONLY way to be on the pool deck. There will be zero exceptions. These are GA Tech rules and they impose them strictly.

- 'Official Bull Pen' is different to what you will have known as Bull Pen through the season. Official Bull Pen involves helping line up swimmers from all teams in an official area right before they swim.

- If you want to be on deck to help look after Tidal Waves swimmers, you need to be an 'On Deck Tidal Waves Team Helper.'

2. We have been given confirmation of our official entry time and warm up time. WE NEED ALL SWIMMERS TO ARRIVE AT GA TECH AT 1:45PM. We will check swimmers in outside (meet on the grass - you will see our coaches and we'll have a tent), get everyone marked up, and then we will enter the building as ONE TEAM and head straight to our team area on the pool deck. Parents who do not have a volunteer wrist band will not be allowed to come with us to the deck. Your child will not have locker room access to change into a suit downstairs. They must be wearing their suit before they arrive at Tech.

3. We also need to see the remaining volunteer spots filled for Monday. Most urgent - timer, place judge, computer operator. Thank you!
