Tips for Coaches

June 16th

At the end of the season we will show our appreciation to the teenage coaches who have poured so much time and energy into swim team this summer. They are here because they love swimming and they love this team. They get paid such a tiny amount for the work they put in, and they are always truly grateful for the 'Thank You' gift they receive from us parents at the end of the season.

How much to donate? There is no set amount. This is a personal decision for each family and generosity looks different for everyone; please contribute in a way that is meaningful for you, and know that every dollar is appreciated.

How many coaches are there? 26 teenagers.

How does it get divided? We split it fairly based on how many sessions each coach worked.
